September Skateboard Update!

EXCITING NEWS
As part of our new improved summer camp program each week we have a different skate pro drop by and skate with the campers. In late August we were lucky enough thanks to the Palazzese family to have Mitchie Brusco visit and skate with all of our lucky Campers. Mitchie’s 2012 highlights include a 2nd place X-Games ‘Big Air’ in Los Angeles, 9th place X-Games ‘Vert’ in Los Angeles, 2nd place X-Games ‘Asia Vert’ in Shanghai, and 4th place Dew Tour – Mega Ramp 2.0 ‘Big Air’ in Ocean City. We all had a great day with Mitchie and hope he will visit us soon!

YOGA!
Yoga now at CJ’s with a great yoga instructor, Christina!!!

September 22nd, join us for an introductory special class being offered. 11:00am-12:00pm Only $10.00

In yoga, people have found relief from physical ailments, the disappearance of tension, and strength of body, mind, and spirit. For Christina, yoga began as a supplement. Something to balance out a much different exercise routine while also improving flexibility and offering a means of stress relief. More than ten years later, regular practice has become so much more.

“The impact on my life was great and I wanted to share my experience and inspire others towards their own positive change, both on and off the mat. Let go of the expectation. Let go of the ego. Get real with yourself and allow your body to flow with your breath to make your practice your own.”

Join Christina as she tailors CJ’s yoga experience to skateboarders, staff, instructors, and parents.

Hope to see you all there and please sign up as limited spots available and bring your own mat and wear something comfortable that you can move around and stretch in. If your kids are doing a skate lesson come on back and we will do yoga in the parents lounge!!!
