July Skateboard Update!

Reminder: we will be closed on July 1st for Canada Day

CAMPS
SUMMER CAMP
Summer Camp starts July 3rd, and this year will be the best ever. We’ve completely overhauled the design of the Summer Camp including a progression based graduated lesson structure. We have focused a lot of time on new extensive training with all our skateboarding staff on new Camp protocol. As well, we have designated new staff to run other great non-skateboarding activities.

Let our experienced and trained staff introduce your beginners to safety and maneuvering fundamentals and get them started on a healthy path of safe and fun skateboarding. Once they master the basics of safety and maneuvering their skateboard our intermediate camp presents kids with the opportunity to develop their ‘bag of tricks’ as they’re lead through various lessons learning to be comfortable on a variety of terrains.

These camps offer plenty of opportunity to practice these skills and learn new tricks while
offering lots of complimentary activities to keep kids engaged and learning throughout camp days.

ADVANCED SUMMER CAMP (NEW)
The buzz is out that we’re launching our highly anticipated Advanced Camp! The Advanced Camp caters to skilled skaters aiming to take their skateboarding to the next level. Advanced Camp introduces skaters to skate specific goal-setting, planning, and training. We’ve worked hard to design a fun environment that includes skating with similarly skilled skaters, offers a low camper to coach ratio (max 5:1), and exposes campers to a variety of terrain with daily visits to outdoor skateparks across the GTA. Experienced skateboard coach, gymnastics coach, martial arts instructor, and personal trainer, Eric Bono will be leading the Advanced Camp. Eric will also be transporting the Advanced Campers each day in a brand new air conditioned van that CJ’s Skateboard Park has just purchased. Please call for details or check out on the camp website as only a limited number of spots are available.

The CJ Summer Camps and Advanced Camps run in weekly sessions, from July 3rd - September 31st. For an updated schedule of available spots in our camps, please visit:
