YOGA!Yoga now at CJ’s with a great yoga instructor, Christina!!!

October 27th, join us for an introductory special class being offered on Saturdays from 11:00am-12:00pm. Only $10.00, limited spaces so sign up now!!

In yoga, people have found relief from physical ailments, the disappearance of tension, and strength of body, mind, and spirit. For Christina, yoga began as a supplement. Something to balance out a much different exercise routine while also improving flexibility and offering a means of stress relief. More than ten years later, regular practice has become so much more.

“The impact on my life was great and I wanted to share my experience and inspire others towards their own positive change, both on and off the mat. Let go of the expectation. Let go of the ego. Get real with yourself and allow your body to flow with your breath to make your practice your own.”

Join Christina as she tailors CJ’s yoga experience to skateboarders, staff, instructors, and parents.

Hope to see you all there and please sign up as limited spots available and bring your own mat and wear something comfortable that you can move around and stretch in. If your kids are doing a skate lesson come on back and we will do yoga in the parents lounge!!!

CAMPS AND PROGRAMMING

Summer camp has wrapped up another year and it was our best year ever!

https://cjskateboardcamp.com

Our experienced and trained staff introduced beginners to safety and maneuvering fundamentals and got them started on a healthy path of safe and fun skating. Our intermediate camp presents kids with the opportunity to develop their ‘bag of tricks’ as they’re lead through various lessons learning to be comfortable on a variety of terrain.

These camps offer plenty of opportunity to practice these skills and new tricks while offering lots of complimentary activities to keep kids engaged and learning throughout the days.

Morgan Smith was in to visit the Campers on our last week of the summer.

ADVANCED SUMMER CAMP
(NEW THIS PAST SUMMER!)

Our first summer of Advanced Camp wrapped up as well. We’ve had many campers throughout the summer and we’ve heard lots of positive feedback. Our advanced campers really enjoyed visiting numerous parks across the GTA and having Head Coach, Eric Bono help them learn new tricks, train and much more.

For inquiries on our Summer Camp Programs, Advanced Camp, including March Break and PD Days throughout the school year, or if you’re interested in having a school trip to CJ’s, please check our website, phone us at 416-259-6888, or email us at camp@cjskateboardpark.com

If you couldn’t get a spot in this year’s Camp or are itching to sign up for next summer, keep an eye on our Camp website for information and overall improvements to the whole Camp and Programming experience... we’re always trying to make things better at CJ’s.
