YOGA!

Yoga now at CJ's with a great yoga instructor, Christina!!!

On October 27th, we launched our Saturday morning yoga class being offered every Saturday from 11:00am-12:00pm. Only $10.00, limited spaces are available, so sign up now! Meet us in the Parent Lounge!

In yoga, people have found relief from physical ailments, the disappearance of tension, and strength of body, mind, and spirit. For Christina, yoga began as a supplement. Something to balance out a varied exercise routine and also improving flexibility and ways to relieve stress. For Christina, more than ten years later, regular practice has become so much more.

"The impact on my life was great and I wanted to share my experience and inspire others towards their own positive change, both on and off the mat. Let go of the expectation. Let go of the ego. Get real with yourself and allow your body to flow with your breath to make your practice your own."

Join Christina as she tailors CJ's yoga experience to skateboarders, staff, instructors, and parents.

Hope to see you all there and please sign up as limited spots are available. Bring your own mat and wear something comfortable that you can move around and stretch in. If your kids are doing a skate lesson come on back and we will do yoga in the parent's lounge!!!
